If a member's fob does not work or has been misplaced, a new fob can be ordered by contacting our membership officer at firstname.lastname@example.org
A charge of $30 will be invoiced to the member if the fob is misplaced or has been damaged. This covers the cost of the new fob, admin time in setting it up and then postage sending it out to the member.
